This comes after our seemingly effortless sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. We could not be happier! Joanne goes above and beyond the role of real estate agent. When we first met, Joanne asked all the right questions, took diligent notes regarding our specific needs as well as our budget. She is highly talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the specific areas we were interested in. She did not waste our time with home that were not in our price range or not in line with our needs. A master with contract negotiations, Joanne came up with a deal that worked excellent for us and made the seller happy as well. Throughout our home buying process, she also managed to sell our detached home over and above our asking price, especially in the current market situation. She know the GTA like the back of her hand. There is nothing that escapes Joanne's attention when it comes to property's for sale in this area. We found Joanne to be a highly attentive agent, to the point of where we felt we were her only customers, which we obviously knew that was not the case. Joanne is highly personable with an engaging personality & responds within a couple of hours of a phone call or email. We never felt neglected or unimportant.
